Lisa Espino is an attorney and CPA, focusing on business transactions and estate planning. Her tax background provides the Firm’s clients with an understanding of both the tax and legal considerations in business transactions and estate planning. In addition to her legal experience, Lisa has 10 years of experience as a CPA providing tax services to corporations, partnerships, private clients and trusts and estates, first with a private Houston firm, then later with Deloitte Tax, LLP in Houston. At Deloitte, Lisa worked with large corporate entities in the oil & gas and utility industries on tax compliance matters.

Lisa Espino provides General Business Representation for companies, owners, and executives including the review, negotiation, and documentation of all types of contracts. She represents clients on a variety of matters, including but not limited to, corporate and partnership law, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of interests, commercial real estate matters, employment matters, and the formation of new companies.

Lisa’s practice also includes Estate Planning and Probate, including wills, trusts and other estate planning vehicles, medical powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney, advanced medical directives, estate and trust income tax returns and estate tax returns, heirship determinations, letters testamentary, independent administrations, and muniments of title.
