She represents her clients on a variety of matters, including but not limited to, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, partnership and limited liability company agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, loan agreements, commercial leases, and other commercial real estate matters, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and employee issues.
